Sal is making a name for himself in the Off-Road industry. He has shown determination and pride in his field as he has been behind the torch pumping out chassis at Racer Engineering. Sal has just helped build a chassis that will be on display at the upcoming Sand Sports Show September 18th – September 20th in Costa Mesa, California. With skills learned after completing our Fundamentals of Fabrication program Sal has been fully emerged into the highly popular Sand Car industry.
We asked Sal a few questions about where he is now after graduating The Fab School:
What got you interested in The Fab School? The Off-Road aspect of it. I looked at several schools & The Fab School was the only one that had more to do with the Off-Road industry instead of just working with metal.
Why did you choose The Fab School? To specialize in metal fabrication & welding in the Off-Road industry
What industry would you like to start your career in? Off-Road
What is your DREAM job? I want to own my own shop one day.
Are you currently employed? YES If yes, where?Racer Engineering
If yes, what are your duties:I build Sand Car chassis & weld them all up.
If you could own ANY car, what would it be? Trophy Truck
